Hi new friend, I'm Devyn 👋🏻

I'm a millennial writer and artist riding out the end of the world in Toronto. My life has bounced me between Ontario and New Brunswick, working in communications, community affairs, higher education, and ethical labour. 

In 2026 I finished Black Glitter: Almost an Autobiography. It's currently under consideration for publication :D

I achieved this feat grinding through EI after my full-time contract at U of T ended. I'm stoked to have a bite from a publisher, but I won't see a royalty cheque for something like 2 years, and I have cats to feed.

For the immediate future, I'm really not picky how I pay bills. Let's say I'm passionately motivated by survival 💁🏻‍♀️ It would be awesome to put my rarer talents to work, but I'm seeking imminent full-time employment foremost.
