ACORN TO candidate survey - September 6 (responses not yet posted)

This proposal is well intentioned, but it's very expensive, and there's a glaring hole in the analysis. I cannot endorse a "bureaucracy for democracy" pitch with no attention paid to the potential of civic tech. It's 2026, we can engage community-level decision making with more creative and convenient formats than the CRDC is proposing. It needs to be asked: what might we achieve with tech-facilitated micro-referendums?
